Not all heroes wear capes, but you can if you want to! If you’ve not signed up yet, there is still time to enter and start your hero training.

Landing on Sunday 9^th October, this is not just any 13.1 mile run, it’s the Manchester Half Heroes Edition.

This year we want to champion all things heroic, including celebrating our running heroes (we’re looking at you…), those who inspire you to run, and local heroes we encounter everyday.

In addition to the much-loved usual features such as the bespoke medal, this year those taking part in the special Heroes Edition will get:
