PUMA x Manchester Half Competition – Terms and Conditions

The Promoter and Host of this prize draw is A.S.O UK Ltd., 160 Falcon Road, London, SW11 2LN (“the Promoter”).
The Partner of the competition is PUMA (UK) LIMITED, Sea Containers, 22 Upper Ground, London, SE1 9AE (“the Partner”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees of the Promoter, the Partner, their affiliate companies, families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Entrants must hold a valid entry to the Manchester Half at the time of entering (the “Entry Requirement”). The nominated friend does not need to be entered. The Promoter may request reasonable proof (e.g., order confirmation or registration ID) and may verify this prior to prize fulfilment.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, during the promotional period (defined in clause 3.1), entrants must:
(a) like the official competition post on the Manchester Half Facebook, Instagram or Twitter/X channel; and
(b) comment on that post in line with the prompt stated in the post; and
(c) follow the official Manchester Half account on the platform used to enter.
2.2 One entry per person per platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X). Entries submitted on behalf of another person and joint submissions will not be accepted.
2.3 Personal social media accounts are required. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries it considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive and to disqualify any entries if it believes there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple accounts to submit multiple entries).

3. Promotional Period

3.1 The promotion opens 15:00 BST on 19 August 2025 and closes 23:59 BST on 22 August 2025 (the “promotional period”).
3.2 The Promoter retains the right to extend the competition deadlines.

 

4. The Prize

4.1 Prize: 2 x pairs of the PUMA Velocity Nitro 4 trainers — one pair for the winner and one pair for a friend nominated by the winner (the “Prize”).
4.2 Each pair may be in men’s or women’s fit (winner to choose for each pair), subject to availability, sizing and stock. The friend’s pair may be a different fit/size & colourway to the winner’s pair.
4.3 Total value: £110. No cash alternative. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4.4 The Partner reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The exact model/[s] and any specifications are to be confirmed by the Partner and remain subject to availability.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 There will be one (1) winner only, selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
5.2 The draw will take place no later than seven (7) days following the end of the promotional period.
5.3 The winner will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via direct message from the Promoter on the platform used to enter. If the winner fails to respond and/or to provide a valid UK delivery address within five (5) days of notification, or declines the Prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner (the Promoter may extend this response period at its sole discretion). If a winner declines the Prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the Prize.

6. Claiming the Prize & Fulfilment

6.1 Prior to fulfilment, the winner will be required to provide reasonable information, including but not limited to: delivery address, contact email and phone number, and footwear sizes (for both pairs).
6.2 The Promoter may request and verify the winner’s compliance with the Entry Requirement (e.g., request order confirmation/registration ID). If valid proof is not provided or is invalid, the Promoter may award the Prize to a reserve winner drawn in accordance with clause 5.
6.3 Subject to stock and timely receipt of all required details, the Prize will be dispatched by post to the UK address supplied within one (1) month of receipt of the required details. Events outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or Partner may cause delay.

 

7. General

7.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
7.2 The Promoter and the Partner do not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and have no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
7.3 You agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter and the Partner, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.
7.4 The name and county of residence of the winner will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Partner at the address set out above within ten (10) weeks of the closing date of the promotion.
7.5 Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
