Share Your Race Bib Picture Social Media Competition – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the “Share Your Race Bib Picture Social Media Competition” hosted by Manchester Half organized by Human Race Ltd. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, or family members of employees of Human Race Ltd. are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period:

• The competition will begin on 1 October 2023 and will close on 15th October 2023.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the competition, participants must:
  • Share a picture of their race bib on their personal social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter).
  • Tag [@MCRHALF] in their post.
  • Use the hashtag [#MCRHalf] in the caption of their post.

4. Multiple Entries:

• Participants may enter the competition multiple times by sharing multiple race bib pictures with the required tags and hashtags. However, each participant is eligible to win only one prize.

5. Content Guidelines:

• Entries must be original and not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Entries must not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content, as determined by Human Race Ltd.
• Participants must have the necessary rights and permissions to share the race bib picture.

6. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
• The winner(s) will be announced on 18 October 2023 on the Manchester Half social media accounts and will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter.

7. Prizes:

• The prize(s) for the competition will be randomly selected Manchester Half merchandise. No cash alternative is available.
• Human Race Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Personal Data:

• By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and announcing the winners.

9. Publicity:

• By participating in the competition, winners agree to allow Human Race Ltd. to use their name and race bib picture for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. General:

• Human Race Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
