Fuelling is key to having a successful half marathon, especially on event day. Through practising your event day nutrition strategy during training, by the time you hit the start line, your body will have adapted to digesting on the go. The below Applied Nutrition Gels will be on offer for participants.

The Isotonic Energy Gels from Applied Nutrition will only be available at Drink Stations 2 and 4 so please plan ahead and remember to bring additional hydration and nutrition based on your individual needs. Gels on course will be supplement to your own. Applied Nutrition recommends to consume 1 – 3 gels per 60 minutes during exercise. Please note that Applied Nutrition Isotonic Gels will not be available at all drinks stations, so we recommend you to bring additional hydration and nutrition based on your specific needs

Suggested Use
