About Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity
Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital is the largest single-site children’s hospital in the UK, treating over 270,000 patients, from all over the North West, each year.
Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity aims to make a real difference to the children and young people that we treat by making sure they receive the very best care in the very best facilities. We do this by focussing our support on three key areas. These are:
Purchasing specialist equipment that makes diagnosis and treatment of our young patients quicker and easier.
Funding cutting edge clinical research to improve our understanding of children’s illnesses and how best to treat them.
Creating a more child friendly environment by turning stark and clinical environments into warm and welcoming places where children, and their families, feel at ease.
But to do this we need your help. Please help us to make a difference for every child, every day, by supporting Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity in this year’s Manchester Half Marathon.
